30‑Day Easy Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement if:

  • You have changed your mind
  • The item is no longer needed
  • The item is unsuitable for your project

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and accessories

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In these cases, we will:

  • Offer a full refund, replacement, or repair
  • Cover reasonable return shipping costs

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

How to Start a Return

  2. Tell us the reason for the return
  3. We will provide clear return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Shipping costs are refundable only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

International Returns
