The 18V MultiVolt 4-1/2″ Paddle Switch Angle Grinder (G1812DFQ4) offers exceptional performance and safety. It delivers corded power with the flexibility of a cordless tool. The robust brushless motor delivers a no-load speed of 8,000 RPM, which allows you to take on a wide variety of tasks. The brushless motor is ultra efficient, extending product life and eliminating maintenance of armatures or carbon brushes. Auto-mode option automatically adjusts the RPM down when the tool is not under load, resulting in a decrease in noise and vibration, while also sparing the life of the battery for optimum performance. Provided safety features are a no-lock paddle switch, quick braking feature, kickback protection, zero voltage restart and soft start. A tool less wheel guard and 3 position anti-vibration side handle provide the user with increased operational efficiency. A removable dust filter offers additional protection for the motor against dust and debris and ensuring that the tool is operating effectively.
